I am a 2018 graduate of Manteca High School and am excited to return to my alma mater as a PE teacher. After playing football at UMass, as well as spending time at Modesto Junior College and Northern Arizona University, I am now serving as the Offensive Coordinator for the Varsity football team.

This is my 12th year teaching at MHS as a physical education teacher. I teach Sports Conditioning, Advanced PE 1 & 2, and PE 1. I am the head JV Football Coach.

Hello. My name is Coach Mark Varnum. I have been teaching for over 20 years, a majority of those at MHS. I teach Sports Medicine and have been the Head Football Coach for the past 9 seasons. GO BUFFS!!!
